I was definitely colder. Good god, what a bloody pissy day! I thought it had stopped raining a bit so took Rosie to the beach only discover some type of micro climate of hell with wind, rain and general freezingness. We didn't say long.

Before that the gym with Mika who gave me the choice of a short, hard session or a longer, easier one. I think I chose wrong in an attempt to get it over and done with. I won't do that again in a hurry.

Other than that, the laundry mountain that is generated when daisy tidies her room, junior bake off catch up with Will and generally trying to keep awake. Early night tonight.
