Tahini

We got given a tour of the tahini factory today where we stayed overnight. It was fascinating and the men who worked there were so friendly and insisted on showing us the process of making tahini and got us to taste everything. There were two types- one made from sesame seeds and one from walnuts (which give a much richer result).
