Soggy Seals

Thank goodness we are here all weekend.   It was just us, the rain and the seals.  No people..... just wonderful to see the seals doing their thing and completely unfazed by us.  Sadly, we had to  abandon the trip after about 20mins due to torrential rain.  Rain and cameras no matter how much waterproofing can be done, when the rain is hitting in all directions and you cant see in front of you, its time to stop!

I REALLY  hope the hire of the 800mm lens wont be wasted tomorrow.  I also hired the Nikon D800 - I like it!

Tomorrows weather is due to be dry so we will get up again, go back and do sunrise seal shooting (of the camera kind!).

Blip comments will be short this weekend as we are here to see my parents.
