Raindrops Are Falling On My Head

During a break in the rain I was trying to get a shot of raindrops on the curry bush when I noticed the praying mantis nymph. It was tiny, the smallest I’ve ever seen at about 8mm.There was a raindrop on top of it’s head. Later I found another nearby that was just as small, no doubt a littermate.

Looks better in large.

Small seems to be a trend at present. I saw a bumblebee, Bombus terrestris worker that was smaller than a honeybee.
