The moon and the mountain

Please excuse the power lines, no time to edit them out.  This is the moon coming up behind the mountain across the road about 4:30pm.  The light from the late afternoon sun turns this otherwise drab, gray mountain a wonderful shade with the blue sky behind it.

As we will be leaving Colorado on Sunday, I won't be able to get a photo of that super moon in this big clear sky.   But I am so ready to be home in SC.     We did miss out on any deep lasting snow this year...today I have had on short sleeves, jeans and my flip flops!   Just not right for November in Colorado. 

Tomorrow will be packing and packing..my blip might be about packing!
