Spending my birthday in another country, not at home is very strange but also kind of great. I had a wonderful day spending it at Prague zoo. It was so cheap (around £6) and they had so many animals I have never seen before - polar bears, orangutans, giraffes, elephants and they even had a free flying walk through for bats (which I was petrified of!) We still havent seen most of it as it closes early in winter so are planning another trip back before we go home!
We had a delicious dinner at meet burger where hugh tried the local beer and loved it and then had a wonder round Wencelas square looking for an alternative birthday cake. The  nearest thing we could find was traditional Czech "Trdelnik" which is a sugary dough/cake that's swirled (we had it with nutella) yum!
Had a really great birthday today :D
