A Walk in the Garden

First time out today, even though it was only a few steps in our garden in the late morning sunshine.  I wanted something red and green, as a nodding acknowledgment to Armistice Day.  I also put out some bird food out in front of the lounge window; I may be relying on bird photography soon to keep up my blips!

No real progress today, felt more tired than yesterday and I was also having to take more care getting in and out of chairs and any bending.  I felt so good after the operation, that you expect every day to be slightly better than the last.  Today was a reminder not to take things too fast.
