Give Peace a Chance

I usually do a much more serious tribute on Veteran's Day. Today I fell back on my favorite model, searching for a way to find peace. Peace for the world, peace for us in this old cottage at Dogcorner. We are terrified where this nation is headed. 

My family lost a son in 1918, I cringe thinking of the President Elect's words to a Gold Star family during his election campaign. My heart is heavy, my heart is broken .
