Oscars New Bowl

Yesterday I blipped Maisie's new bowl. It's slowed her down a treat. Oscar actually finished before her tonight, which is a first.
As I blipped Maisie's new bowl yesterday I thought it only fair to blip Oscars posh new bowl today with the floating bones and stars.
Not much doing today apart from holiday washing and getting my nails done. Boy did they need it.
I also downloaded an app which will help me train for a 10k in Feb. It's a 14 week training program. Problem is the race is in 12 weeks time. I'm sure I'll be ready. It will be a good one as 5 of us are doing it. Think I'd better get my runners on and start tomorrow. I've got to run three times a week. I just hope I can keep it up.
