Feeling that I have a bit more energy today...my breathing has improved a bit...so I'm hoping that I have turned a corner today.  I have back-blipped for the past week.

And, I actually went outside!  It's been a super day: bright and clear with superb light, a total contrast with yesterday's gloom.
