home grown

I fell asleep soon after dinner last night (cooked by D) but this morning was ready to get going again. so many things to do (so many blips to upload!).

But first...a walk with Jess, back in our old haunts. The ground here still has a thin covering of snow from Tuesday night, but the sun has shone beautifully today. We went up through the field to the wood and Routin brig and then along the river and back, taking our time, paddling in the water and Jess playing with the leaves.

There are loads of apples in the garden and I'm going to go and gather the windfalls this afternoon.

Tonight its back to choir....I have a lot to catch up on and many words to learn...
