Zebra

Third and last day in Kruger. Had a wonderful day again filled with beautiful animals. It started with quite a good sight of two side-striped jackals! At the place where we saw impalas the day before drinking, there was now a very big herd of buffalos. We also saw kori bustards on two separate occasions which was very nice and spotted more ostriches. We followed and watched a couple of giraffes which were at some point neatly lined up after each other. We also went to a beautiful dam (mlondozi) where we saw the zebras in the distance drinking and hippos in the water. The view itself was just beautiful!

The last 10 minutes were also incredible as we managed to see a lion and just after that we took a little loop where we encoutered another surprise! This road around a 'dam' is just before reaching the crodile bridge and we saw three rhinos walking close to us there. I thought I saw another one a little bit further down the road where you could look at the 'water' (most of it is dry now) and can turn your car around. Not sure of it, we slowly drove further and yes indeed it was a rhino and he didn't look too happy. So after watching a bit and being careful we slowly drove out again.
