Morning Comes

The sun rose over the ocean this morning.  The waves continued to wash the shore.  The sky was lovely.  The winds held kites aloft later in the day.   I did not contribute a vote to the winning candidate in the US presidential election, but I must remind myself of the truth of the above statements, regardless of our elections.  Please pray for  healing for our country.  Their first speeches following the election were encouraging, but in deep contrast to the hateful rhetoric of the last few weeks.
