house selling problems

Those near to me are aware of the problems I have had with a real estate agency. A disaster to put it mildly. I now have a new agent who is passionate, friendly and there for me...... Early this morning I had  courier deliver this box of chocolates from the new company........only arrogance and rudeness from the first company. Interesting how people think they can keep a business  with those sorts of attitudes.
