The local council want to charge us for our recycling bins and one town for street lights.  Looks like they are pushing it a bit too far with too many people

Jan French is a town councillor at the town to be charged as well as a district councillor.  Controversy has been mounting over several "deals".

FTR I asked her to visit me a few months ago but after sending me private mail she then declared publicly that she knew nothing about me
