Lakeland entry, St John's-in-the-Vale

Back blip again
Surprise, surprise, much better weather today, crisp, calm and bright.
Packed up and headed to Keswick to visit Mum for a few hours. Son and family staying there for a few days and we had planned to take Mum out for lunch. However, she had a bit of a cold and didn't feel up to going out so we bought freshly made pizzas for lunch.
The view is from a layby on the A66 near the White Horse and the first extra is the hillside opposite. The second extra is a view from Mum's.
Uneventful journey home and an early night.
