Why we didn't go to the snow....

Those clouds are the reason. I spent all yesterday evening getting everything ready for a trip to the snow today, but the 6am snow report didn't bode well for an enjoyable day (snowing heavily and possible storms), so change of plan. We had a curriculum day today, so it would have been nice. Now I'm hoping the weather will be clearer on Monday, but with lots of new snow!

Not a very exciting photo I'm afraid.... this is looking down into the Yarra Valley at Yarra Glen, with the soggy racecourse in the foreground. We went to Yarra Glen for a coffee and play on their nice new Adventure Playground (though it was rather wet, the children didn't care).
