This is Tammy after a jog behind Willie & Rosie to the shore and back...and a jog around the Loons with Willie under harness. He was just waiting for the next run out. He could do it all day, I swear.

The weather has deteriorated all day and by dog walk O'Clock there was no escaping a soaking...Not that the dogs noticed.

Later an appointment with the Physioterrorist who told me I was very sensible. Which is worrying. Then off to see Pam...who WAS very sensible and offered tea, not wine. Thank goodness Richard is back soon...Wife training required.

Gorgeous has had a hard day at work. I think he needs a beer. Just the one, mind.
