Rammstein - Füfrer Mich

Just chilled after work with a Lars Von Trier film... Not really chilling mind you but more challenging. I've been keeping up to date with his work, I especially loved Dogville 1 and 2 for their political philosophical dialogue and play like manner. Melancholia was beautifully shot and darkly close whilst Anti-Christ was crazy. Dancer in The Dark was obviously amazing, but then his work has always been different.

I watched Nymphomaniac Vol. 1 which I thought was technically good but knowingly clichéd with it's plot devices, story framing and characterisations. As always, performances were so deeply rich with self-hatred and loathing but according to critics, it was also funny. Funny perhaps by way of being over the top, which it was, but then, the story being told of a story being told, needs plenty of embellishments. Not recommended for the general public... Obviously.
