Election Day, Past & Present

This is a page from my grandmother Nora's life, her Tuesday, November 2, 1920 diary entry. That Tuesday in 1920 was anything but ordinary, it was a very historic day, the first election that allowed American women to vote. My vote today will hopefully help make history again.

This day came in with picture perfect autumn weather.

All hands nervous but hopeful.
