Tiny Companion

We are so dry and in need of rain! This is the time of the year that I really dislike....when it gets hot and there is no rain around, I get depressed! I dislike seeing the flowers curling up from lack of rain!!!

Okay, enough complaining!

I walked around and around for quite some time today, looking for a Blip. It seems the butterflies and even the bees are elsewhere these days. Then my eyes landed on this tiny butterfly. I am thinking it is a Pearl Crescent.

The little butterfly sat on the flower for what seemed like five minutes. It open and closed its wings, almost as though trying to cool itself off! I moved a few feet away and the tiny little bugger followed me! That lasted a few minutes, then my tiny companion was off for other parts!
