Shopping Mall Glitz

Umm. I don't get out much ... right? In truth, these days I AM a hick from the country and am easily impressed by the glitz of modern big city shopping malls it seems. While travelling up this escalator I glanced ceilingward to see a string of giant TV screens (aw hell, maybe it was one looooong screen), all linked like a kind of vertorama (thank you Freyjad), displaying non-stop moving lights and surreal imaging, interspersed by co-ordinated "long screen" advertising. Whatever happened to billboards and posters?
