Medieaval carvings

Little Morton Hall is an almost perfect small moated manor house, which has retained its mediaeval perfection, due to being rented out for most of its existence, after the family that built it lost all their money.  The carpenter has been immortalised in the carving over the windows as Richarde Dale - Carpender, who may have carved the small supporting man on this doorpost.
