Planetarium

Last day in Edinburgh for a while. Which really makes me sad. Got this picture on my way to pick up MrTSN from work which is just behind the planetarium so that we could drive South for Christmas.

The planetarium I think is one of Edinburghs amazing buildings and to me is a quintessential icon of Edinburgh, even if it is pretty useless these days with all the light pollution obscuring the view of the sky. It's probably because one of my first memories of Edinburgh is seeing the planetarium for the first time when I arrived in Edinburgh over 17 years ago.

While we're down South we're looking for a new place to live so I'm starting to get very sentimental about my home. I have no idea where we will end up but one thing I do know is that I will always miss Edinburgh and all that it means to me and that I am so lucky and proud to know that no matter where we end up, I will always come from Edinburgh.
