''No names no pack-drill.'' (Hand up those who need an explanation) but we were in one of our coffee-wallows recently and me-laddo was about to offer the coin on the right as part of my change, having just removed it from the till. Ergo one of the staff must have accepted it as coin of the realm.
Which I suppose it very probably is in a far-flung eastern Mediterranean realm.

Funny thing - we were in Turkey not all that long after they'd knocked a handful of zeros of the end of their currency. One shop would say a thing was 10 Lira, next door it was just as likely to be 10,000,000 lira.
