Stella Maris

Stella Maris, Vintage 2003. Instant mouthfeel, lots of fruit, very intense, muscular, hedonistical; sweet and slightly acidic aftertaste. Hardly any unresolved tannins.

Whoa. This one's peaking one of these days and it won't need very much airing. Would go fine together with dark game, like reindeer or moose.
