Friston Forest

After checking the ponies I had an all day circular walk with the spaniel from the tiny hamlet of Crowlink (sometime home to Grayson Perry) through the great beech forest at Friston to West Dean (one time home to Alfred the Great), along the Cuckmere valley and back over the Seven Sisters.
