Mono Monday : HOT.......

.....and these are, believe me!  I bought this plant back in September, fully laden with chillis!  I was told that it should last for about 3 years....but have been worried that even though it water it regularly and it's in the house but a cool place it seems to be dying back.  I've stripped most of the fruits off and frozen them and am using up the others quickly.  Anyone know if I should do anything more....?
