Thalictrum 'Hewitt's Double'

One of my favouritest plants - big sprays of many tiny perfect papery rosettes - but very hard to photograph. I have tried and tried but this is my best effort.

A busy tiring day, dreadful weather. The wind dropped and the morning wasn't too bad, but this evening a monsoon began. Torrential. The river is very high and there is talk of flooding again.
