Back of the Courthouse

The whole area of the parking lot as well as all of the grass in this picture was, at one time, taken up by the sheriff's office and the county jail.  About two years ago that entire department of the government moved out of the courthouse to better digs across the street.  The old addition to the courthouse was removed and the parking lot was put in so the VIP's would not have to walk as far to work.
I like the way it looks now, much cleaner and more symmetrical.
