Pellegrini ceiling

It was good to have some distraction today and visit Kimbolton castle, open twice a year. It was a hastily arranged mini blip meet and it was good to meet up with Nicoiseannie again.  At other times the castle is a private school.  It was a little underwhelming except for some good murals by Pellegrini, one of the leading Venetian history painters of the early 18th century.
