Box Hill

We ventured to Box Hill in Surrey to recce a run / cycle route. It was very busy, and very cold! I layered up as much as I could and set off on my bike while Noo and GravyC explored. It wasn't as bad as I thought, even the zig zag climb back up Box Hill, although my toes were completely numb by the time I finished (just 32 minutes) so I can't imagine running off the bike....

We adults warmed up with coffee and cake, and Noo cooled down with an ice cream!!!! We raised his body temperature with a few hill sprints.

ZQ, meanwhile, was getting thrashed at rugby :-/
