ShaggyScalycap Fungi

Two walks in the park, one this morning, cold but plenty of sunshine, but didn't take any pictures. This afternoons was colder and heavy rain, but did take this fungi, the same species as I bliped the other day. Apart from the heavy rain the light was very bad. So bad I had to use LED lights to be able to take the image.
