Train Spotting

It's not been a great day for photographs;  I'd had a message from Robert10 that there would be a steam train coming through this afternoon and as we've both blipped this particular engine before it seemed a good idea to do it again.  Unfortunately after a good start to the day it began to rain about 3pm and as the train was due at 4:08 pm; I nearly didn't go, but as I hadn't a blip I thought I'd better.

It drizzled all the time and because the train had already arrived when I got there, I missed the best opportunity for a good shot. All the same I'm glad I went, I've so many memories of childhood holidays and steam trains  -  it brought them all back.
