Firth of Forth

Didn’t manage to get up for a run this morning after a few beers and a late night watching the rugby. Took Kilda for a walk before going  to do the shopping. After lunch we headed over to South Queensferry to meet SB, NB and AB for a walk along the coast in the Dalmeny estate. J had arranged to do a bike ride with NB to get used to her new bike. Had a sit on mussel beach and just liked the light on this island in the Forth. Had a quick drink with them before heading home. Treat of take away pizza for dinner and a night of watching TV.
