Scout Medallion presented

Over the weekend R was presented with the highest award possible in the Scout section.... even though the maroon colour on his uniform means he is no longer a Scout but is now a Venturer......it was great that all the younger members could see he, and friend E, receive these hard earned awards so that they too may challenge themselves to have fun and learn so much. ..even the one in the background in a tiara.....maybe we should pretend we don't know who she is.
