Rain day today, so made a half-hearted attempt at meaningful work in my workshed: where on and off (thats one of the few benefits of being an old has been--you can choose to work or not!) I make 'arty-farty' elm furniture.
When Louise my daughter visited from California earlier this year ,she promptly declared "I just LOVE your shed" and proceeded to take umptine photos of it! Thought she was nuts at the time, but on reflection, realise it does have a uniqueness! Or maybe she thought it would remind her of me---old,rustic,a shambles and battered round the edges!!
