Taking a shot of the beautiful sky
Here's Scott taking a shot of the beautiful sky. I took a few shots too.
I was off. The weather was mostly sunny and dry but a bit windy and freezing cold. We went to St Andrews in the afternoon and did some shopping there and then we went for a walk along the harbour, making the most of the last light of the day.
Everybody was preparing for Guy Fawkes night or bonfire night. I couldn't see any bonfires in Anstruther, but there were fireworks. However, it was not clear when the fireworks would start, so we were left waiting in the freezing cold for quite a while before they started. All bars and restaurants opened till late and there was a festive atmosphere around.
It was a relief to get back home to warm up.
By the way, a bit worried about the US presidential elections. I hope that Donald Trump, that sexist and racist idiot, doesn't get voted. If he does, we are doomed....
Thanks very much for all your lovely comments, stars and hearts. I hope you all had a good day and have a nice Sunday! :)
