Oh lovely potatoes, how tasty you are, especially with a bit of Greek yoghurt and sliced spring onion.

A busy day at work which is starting to look like a crazy two weeks ahead. Eeeek.

I narrowly missed out on winning the "Chub Club" weight loss competition by 0.05%. The Mrs won.

My mother-in-law is feeling more herself today so that is great news. In other health news the "results" of the Mrs blood tests came back as "inconclusive". Four tests all "inconclusive", sounds like they lost her blood to me. Back she goes for another try...
