A different snail

Today I found lots of them going up the walls of the patio. I guess it is the rain that made them appear.
It is fascinating the information you can find in Internet. I know now that this particular snail is called  decollate snail - Rumina decollata.  It is a species native to the Mediterranean and "it has often been introduced in other countries to control populations of the brown garden snail"
