Forging my poker

We made the long trip from Härnösand to Gålsjö bruk today where we met Karin S and her friend, the blacksmith Joel. Did we like to try and forge something? Of course we would and I found myself forging a poker for my fireplace in my home-to-be. So fulfilling to be able to create such a beautiful thing out of a piece of iron. My first forge, probably beginners luck but I'm happy.
