A candle for dad

It's just over 3 years now since we said goodbye to dad and we took the opportunity this afternoon to drop into Grantchester, near, Cambridge, his favourite place and one which held many memories for him. It's actually where we scattered his ashes. Jane and I lit this candle on the window ledge at the village church. I would imagine that any visitors would wonder what it was doing there all by itself. But we felt it was a nice tribute to him
