Learning to breathe
Just sitting down with a mug of peppermint tea at the end of another lovely day :]
Great morning again with the kids' stuff - had a brief "uhhhwhatdowedonow?!" moment when the helium canister ran out, however as I have just recently learnt the skill of blowing up balloons with my own puff the crisis was diverted. Admittedly I can't breathe out helium so the balloons perhaps weren't quite as exciting as previous days - but colourful & satisfying for children nonetheless!
Then spent a couple of hours in the gardens in the sunshine reading & relaxing...and people watching! Had a brief "eyes closed but still semi-alert" type nap right at the end - completely forgetting about the 1 o'clock cannon - oh did I jump! Thankfully at this point the area wasn't to busy ;-)
Then some very delicious tomato soup in the Word Alive cafe & it was time for my bookstall duties to begin :] It was a really lovely afternoon - nice pace and able to chat to different folk - both from the church and not.
A final sit & nibble in the gardens and now I'm back in the flat. Chilled, content and ready for a good sleep tonight :]
