We woke up to a broken boiler. Phoned the estate agent and she sent a plumber out pretty quickly. He said the boiler was dead and we needed another one and had it changed within the hour. They were both great. So now we have hot water again thankfully, else I'm pretty little Bean here wouldn't have enjoyed his bath quite as much.
We went to our friends for a BBQ this arvo. Always good company, although Bean only had a half hour nap all day! He's pretty pooped now and drifting off to sleep at the moment (it's 8:10pm)
