Downtown Wan Chai

A few busy days coming up, and a few trips into town too!

First stop to visit Martin's new shared offices in CWB, then lunch at a Japanese noodle house in Wan Chai. Always delicious. I've only ever enjoyed ramen in Tokyo, but this one is definitely growing on me. You sit in individual booth like seating, with complete privacy, and after they've served your ramen, the curtains are closed!!! It's unique. Of course, I always end up peeking over into Martin's booth and we chat despite the small wall between us.

Next stop, Central, to run some errands for the up and coming celebration Friday night. We're celebrating two special friends' birthdays, one who's turning 40 and the other one, 50!

Finally, IFC, to look for some pressies that we can collectively give the birthday girls.

Ev and I then looked around in DB too for pressies as IFC wasn't inspiring us.

Home to cook dinner for friends that we haven't seen for a while. Phew, full on day and glad to be able to put my feet up at the end of it.
