My Sister has had knee replacement and I'm playing at nurse and PT for a couple weeks. Never knew you have to worry about rejection first two years. She even has to have antibiotics before getting her teeth cleaned! 
I'm rather proud of myself for giving her shots for blood thinner the first 8 days. Not sure she feels the same.
