Returning

...me to the Island and the fish to spawn. Salmon fishing is part of the West Coast way of life. These fish were carved by Karl Morgan Tsawassen First Nations and are part of a mural hanging above a fireplace in the ferry terminal south of Vancouver. Beautifully placed on the river rock, giving them a sense of the place so familiar to them as they return each year to spawn. The WBC challenge this week is fish.
