Normal Service

A lot of work to do today. Catching up after a week away. 2 public holidays and 2 more days lost to travel.

I did get out for lunch by the sea.

I did get out for ice hockey in the evening. Cardiff Devils visiting. They're top of the league, and were just a bit too good. They won 4:1. I think they have 3 games in Scotland over the weekend, so a lot of their fans made the trip too.

Caps don't bother with the jingoistic national anthem stuff before games, so the Welsh fans sang theirs anyway. They were about halfway done when the ref dropped the puck to start the game.
