Smile!

I just had to do this one as it makes me smile every time I look at it!  This is one of many pieces of art work around town.  I have wanted to blip it for a while and finally decided to  stop by today and there was even an open parking spot!!    Lovely day today with temps up about 66 right now.  Joe is out working in the yard.    Thanks for the kind comments on my dock picture yesterday.  I will have to go back and try to capture it better.   I appreciate all the stars!
