Happy birthday

We've been on a training course today.

We had a drive down to the south of the county to learn behaviour management techniques.

It was actually very interesting and although a lot of us have worked in our field for a long time it doesn't harm to go back to basics. We went back to basics, refreshed and then moved on and we all enjoyed our day.

One of our team told us on our journey it was her birthday so we asked someone who was not training with us if they could get us a cake for our colleague.

So with banners on the door and cake on the table we wished a young lady happy birthday.
